Vortex Lighting Effect
Today's I will show you how to create Vortex Lighting Effect.
Step 1:
Create a new document. Now press "D" on your keyboard to reset the foreground and background colors to black and white.
Step 2:
Go to Filter> Render> Clouds and then go to Filter> Render> Difference Clouds.
Step 3:
Go to Image> Adjustments> Invert, then go to Image> Adjustments> Levels and use the setting shown below:
Step 4:
Okay, now Adjust the color balance, go to Image> Adjustments> Color Balance and apply the following setting:
After that:
Step 5:
Apply Filter> Blur> Radial Blur and apply the following setting:
Step 6:
Go to Filter> Render> Lense Flare and apply these settings:
Step 7:
Right click your layer and then click on Duplicate Layer.
Select Duplicated layer and go to Filter> Distort> Twirl and set the Angle to 300.
Set the Duplicated layer blending mode to 'Lighten'.
Step 8:
Merge the layers together.
Then duplicate the layer again. Go to Filter> Distort> Twirl and set the Angle to -600.
Set the duplicated layer blending mode to 'Lighten' again.
Step 9:
Select duplicated layer and go to Image> Adjustments> Color Balance and apply the following setting:

Very nice, Mine didn't come out quite as good as yours but I'm a photoshop newbie so I'll just need to practise.
