Blood Effect
In this photoshop tutorial we are going to create Blood Effect.
Step 1:
Create a new document. Now press "D" on your keyboard to reset the foreground and background colors to black and white.
Make sure your background is BLACK.
Step 2:
Apply Filter> Render> Clouds and then go to Filter> Render> Difference Clouds, apply difference clouds 4 to 5 times more.
Step 3:
Apply Filter> Artistic> Film Grain and apply the following setting:
Step 4:
Go to Filter> Brush Stroke> Dark Stroke and apply these settings:
Step 5:
Then go to Filter> Artistic> Neon Glow, I went with Dark red and the settings:
Step 6:
Duplicate the layer.
Then select the duplicated layer and go to Image> Adjustments> Invert
Set the duplicated layer blending mode to 'Differene'.
Step 7:
Mere the layers together. Now Add RED color, go to Image> Adjustments> Hue/Saturation and apply the following setting:

It is a cool effect but it doesn't remind blood in my opinion.
