Dreamy Fairy

In this tutorial we are going to create a Dreamy Fairy.

I have use these photos for this tutorial from google.com search engine:

Step 1:

Select the girl with selection tool and wear the red dress.

Step 2:

Now add butterfly behind the girl.

Step 3:

Add the picture in background.

Step 4:

Add bird and butterfly in your fairy land and set them all.

Step 5:

Create a new layter. Using the brush tool, use the white color and paint the area shown below:

Step 6:

Go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur, set the radius as your requirement.
